THEATRE PANELISTS
Cat Heinen
Cat graduated from the NYU Tisch School of The Arts in 2020 with a BFA in Drama. She is an actor, dancer, and choreographer currently based in LA. Last year, she was a finalist in Broadway World’s Next On Stage Dance competition and is now acting in a web series called “Some Guys” with other Tisch alumni.
Sabrina Lassegue
Sabrina graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in 2020 after studying acting and industry marketing. She’s now working as a filmmaker and actress with a multi-media production company focused on diversity and inclusion in the industry. Recently, she received funding for two feature films and also directed a commercial for Google!
Ben Thomas
Ben graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada Acting program in 2019. He primarily works as a theatre actor but has recently discovered a passion for teaching and arts education. He recently worked with high school students across Ontario as a facilitator with the NTS Creative Labs and participated in a virtual reading of a new play as a part of the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre’s Pimootayowin: A Festival of New Work.
Jo Mei
Jo is a Juilliard Drama alumni currently based in LA and NYC as an actress. She has appeared on TV in HBO’s “Crashing”, “The Good Wife”, and “Bones.” Features include Adult World, We Are Among Us, A Picture of You and many other credits to her name.
