ABOUT THE PODCAST
Off the ChARTs was started by two girls from Toronto who wanted more of the world to respect and understand the importance of art in life. As youth creatives, they understood how difficult it was to feel supported and confident in pursuing a career in the arts. They noticed how limited resources are to become successful compared to more socially recognized “legitimate” careers such as those in the STEM field. Hence, the creation of this podcast.
Through chatting with some of the most accomplished industry creatives such as Academy Award-winning crews and Juno nominees, to other creatives who are living their dreams, we aim to share stories of artists who have used their artistic passions to help their communities and create an avenue for youth to receive first-hand advice.
